Tested the latest ISO RHGSS-3.1-RHEL-7-20150709.n.1-RHGSS-x86_64-dvd1.iso [1] and installation issues doest exist. Package set for base/core package set in ISO changed to that of RHEL-7 Server base package set. Verified as fixed in RHGSS-3.1-RHEL-7-20150709.n.1-RHGSS-x86_64-dvd1.iso ISO installation works now.
