The step13 in the "Replacing the host with the same hostname", also needs to be removed.

Changes are made only to replacing the host with the different hostname.

After having a quick chat with Anuradha, the step 13 in 'Replacing the host with the same hostname' is required.
So that is not the bug/issue. 

I see that there is a section in 'Replacing the host with same hostname', which displays op-version as 30000, 
This needs to be changed to 30703

Tested -
1. Replacing the host with other one with the steps available
2. Replacing the host with the same host with the steps available.

The steps functionally works good and also documentation also looks good
