The license seems to be LGPLv3+, not GPLv3+. You also need to add BuildRequires on gobject-introspection-devel, gtk-doc and intltool. If you fix those up, I will run trhough fedora-review for a final check.

Looks good to me!

Package Review
==============

Legend:
[x] = Pass, [!] = Fail, [-] = Not applicable, [?] = Not evaluated
[ ] = Manual review needed

Issues:
=======
- All build dependencies are listed in BuildRequires, except for any that
  are listed in the exceptions section of Packaging Guidelines.
  Note: These BR are not needed: gcc
  See: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Exceptions_2

This seems like a bogus warning, and is fine to ignore.

- If (and only if) the source package includes the text of the license(s)
  in its own file, then that file, containing the text of the license(s)
  for the package is included in %license.
  Note: License file license.html is marked as %doc instead of %license
  See:
  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/LicensingGuidelines#License_Text

This is not necessary, as the license is already included in COPYING, and this is just the equivalent of a license header.
