1.rpm -e Perl-XML-Parser scrollkeeper
2.rpmbuild --rebuild glade2-2.5.0-1.src.rpm
3.Wait for build error

Hmm, I just rebuilt glade-2.6.0 on a system without Perl-XML-Parser
without problems. I added scrollkeeper, though.
