The issue reported here is not the same as the issue reported at BZ 1241961 . This BZ deals specifically with the variant of RHEL7 that is being used as the platform for RHGS 3.1 being different from what is expected. This BZ needs to be verified separately, so re-opening and moving to ON_QA
