The NetApp driver for E-series product lines supports iSCSI. This patch now also adds Fibre Channel support to the E-Series driver. Refactored the E-Series driver class structure to allow code reuse between the iSCSI and Fibre Channel drivers.

We don't have this equipment to test it, I marked it as third party.
