Doc Text:	The targetcli package has been upgraded to upstream version 2.1.fb41, which provides a number of bug fixes and enhancements over the previous version, notably: * Previously, the "sessions detail" command did not work properly and generated an error. Now, "sessions detail" lists information about a current iSCSI session as expected. * Previously, running the targetcli utility without root privileges resulted in an exception and traceback. A message telling the user to try again as root is now displayed in the described situation. * Tab completion can now be used for file name arguments with the "saveconfig" and "restoreconfig" commands. * An "auto_add_default_portal" global preference has been added. If "auto_add_default_portal" is set to true, which is the default value, creating an iSCSI target automatically adds a default portal that listens at port 3260 on all interfaces. If "auto_add_default_portal" is set to false, the user has to configure the portals manually. * Target parameters and attributes are now documented, accessible via the "help" command. * The targetcli manual page now contains better instructions on how to restore settings on reboot by enabling target.service.
