Description of problem:
When I add polarion test case into external tracker, work item is not tracked by its ID

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create some plan in polarion.
2. Create a test case in the plan from step 1.
3. Add it into external tracker in bugzilla

Actual results:
Polarion home page is shown.

Expected results:
Test case from polarion is shown.

Additional info:
As a workaround I'm not adding only a work item ID, but whole project path. 
You can see it in a bug 1160367 as an example.

Please document how an user should link a polarion test case in a right way.
If it is desired functionality, you can close it as not a bug.
