Description of problem:

Ironic RPMs are not available in kilo.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Kilo

How reproducible:

Very easily, enabling Ironic simply fails.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set CONFIG_IRONIC_INSTALL=y in packstack's answer file
2. packstack --answer-file=<packstack's answer file>

Actual results:

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: 10.57.57.3_ironic.pp
Error: Execution of '/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y list openstack-ironic-conductor'
returned 1: Error: No matching Packages to list

Expected results:

I can see the RPMs now at http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/openstack-kilo/ , so the issue is solved.
