Rebuild the rhsc-doc package so that it will updated with the latest documentation available.

I have built rhsc-doc with the whatever doc we have till now. It has all the new help links and majority of the documentation. Doc team is still working on the review comments. We will do another rhsc-doc build by Monday morning or Sunday evening after doc team gives the final build.

Console_Command_Line_Shell_Guide is not aligned properly in the doc. We will fix it in the next update release.

Verified with build (rhsc-doc-3.1.0-1.el6eng.noarch) that the new doc rpm gets updated and all the links for doc on console landing page works fine. 


Console_Command_Line_Shell_Guide is not aligned properly. Logged abug for the same. Moving this bug to verified.
