Description of problem:

The network-environment.yml for bond-with-vlans requires

parameter_defaults: 
BondInterfaceOvsOptions: "bond_mode=balance-tcp lacp=active other-config:lacp-fallback-ab=true other-config:lacp-time=fast"

don't see it in the docs:
mburns/latest-docs/advanced_deployment/network_isolation.html
