Actual results:
The link takes the browser to

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F22_bugs

Additional info:

Comment 1 Máximo Castañeda 2015-11-02 17:00:48 UTC
This is still happening in F23 release notes, with the same link pointing to F21 common bugs.

There's also another one in section 1.2. Overview pointing to:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F_bugs
This one seems to come from:
<ulink url="https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F&PRODVER;_bugs">
But the entity inside the value doesn't seem to work, or there's some other problem.

It seems a &COMMONBUGSURL; is needed, à la &CHANGEURL;.

Comment 2 Glen Rundblom 2015-11-05 04:24:10 UTC
These issues have been fixed in the docbook source.
Hopefully they will be pushed into docs.fedoraproject.org in the near future.
Closing.

I've pushed Glen's changes, which should sync out shortly.
