What to you think?

Thank you. :-) I have started the built process: rawhide->f23->f22->f21->el7->el6->el5 The package now installs header files that I have placed in a -devel subpackage. The only other change is that DESCRIPTION should not be marked as %doc since it is required for the package to work and the package should be able to work without %doc files. This follows a recent change to the guidelines.
