Description of problem: When using Horizon to edit/look up quotas the customer always sees the following error: "Error: Unauthorized: Unable to retrieve user list. Please try again later." Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): python-django-horizon-2014.1.3-3.el6ost.noarch How reproducible: Reproduced consistently in customer's environment, not locally. Actual results: Error is presented when trying to retrieve quota values Expected results: Quotas are retrieved and presented as normal Additional info: It was originally thought that this was the same bug as https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1235053 however we confirmed in the case that the commits from said bug were already included in the code the customer is running. Using the CLI (authenticated as the same user in Horizon) works without issue.
