This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

A previous kernel change related to ABI symbol-versioning caused that SystemTap could not create kernel-compatible netfilter function declarations. As a consequence, SystemTap was unable to compile netfilter probes. With this update, SystemTap has been adjusted to kernel's ABI symbol-versioning pattern, and netfilter probes now work as expected.
