Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

win10-64 guest hit the similar issue when run 105 netkvm whql test job "NDISTest6.5-InvalidPackets",job failed with queues=4 but passed with single queue.
