Description of problem: Since updating to 4.1.2 and then 4.1.3 wired network do not work anymore. If I launch a ping very shortly after boot it works for a few seconds and then stop, I tried restarting network service, deconnecting/reconnecting in nm ui, nothing works. The only workaround is to start on 4.0.8 for now. According to https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=70761 setting MTU to 8192 (in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-XXX file) enables the wired connection in the kernel-4.1.x (tested on 4.1.5 and 4.1.6, Fedora 21, Qualcomm Atheros AR8161 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 08) controller). Standa
