Needs to be rebuilt for new ImageMagick

Description of problem:
RHEL 6.7 updated ImageMagick to version 22.214.171.124-2. The library names changed, making spectrum uninstallable on RHEL 6.7. spectrum would need to be rebuilt against new ImageMagick libraries.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgrade to EL 6.7
2. yum install spectrum
libMagick++.so.2()(64bit) is not found.
spectrum gets installed.
spectrum-1.4.8-6.el6 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 6. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1249947
