Description of problem:
It's impossible to export bookmarks. When I export my bookmarks threre
is no file created....

mozilla 1.7 RC2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to bookmarks
2.click on manage bookmarks
3.click on tools then export...
    

Actual Results:  the action seems to work but no file is created

Expected Results:  creation of an web page with my bookmark

Works for me on FC5 with mozilla-1.7.12-5
