The one page that describes how to use ganesha is completely out of date and doesn't mention pacemaker corosync or "nfs-ganesha enable".

1 and 2 are exactly the same and I couldn't find them when I was looking, possibly because I was looking for ganesha which isn't mentioned in the contents title.
