I think /usr/etc/bandit/bandit.yaml should be moved under /etc/bandit, shouldn't it? Other than that, I think the only missing bit is a python3 package.

ha, I was supposed to review this yesterday. fedora-review also ran fine, review.txt did not show package already exist in Fedora. Okay... so this was imported as just bandit.
