Issue description:
Description of SPNEGO Login Module contains sentence: "Web applications must also enable the NegotiationAuthenticator within the application in order to use this login module.". For better understanding of how to enable NegotiationAuthenticator this sentence should contain information that NegotiationAuthenticator is Valve. 

Also fully-qualified name (FQN) should be used for NegotiationAuthenticator - org.jboss.security.negotiation.NegotiationAuthenticator.

Suggestions for improvement:
Use FQN org.jboss.security.negotiation.NegotiationAuthenticator for NegotiationAuthenticator. Add information that NegotiationAuthenticator is Valve.
