Description of problem:
IIUC some cloud projects (smartos/project-fifo) support storing images in S3 (in fact they use LeoFS which is S3 compatible).

It could be handy to support this kind of widely used storage to have ability to import images from other cloud projects' image repositories (they use qemu-kvm mostly).

Possibly doable via Glance, where Glance backed is S3.
