Description of problem:

Customer realized that MOD/delete without attribute value is not replicated to consumer after upgrading from 389-ds-base-1.2.11.15-50 to 389-ds-base-1.2.11.15-60

attribute deletion is not replicated to consumer (without any replication error)

attribute deletion is replicated to consumer
