Description of problem:
Package maven-doxia fails to build from source in rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.6-3.fc23

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f24 maven-doxia-1.6-3.fc23.src.rpm

Caused by upgrade of fop. Working on a patch, but fop removed the possibility of changing baseurl of FopFactory. I'll need to workaround that and I'm not sure about upstreamability of such patch.
