ovirt-log-collector rely on sos python module.
ovirt-log-collector is packaged for supporting python2 only but starting from Fedora 23 sos is packaged for python3 only.

We need to fix ovirt-log-collector to adapt to the new Fedora 23 environment

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

Since ovirt sdk3 is not available for python 3 and sos is not available for python 2, moving this to 4.0.
