Description of problem:
Customers have requested enhanced documentation (or a setup guide) around Flat and VLAN provider networks. A great example is seen in the following kbase: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/648863

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OSP 7.0

Additional info:
Before this kbase was written, there was little-to-no documentation on Neutron provider networks. Even with the improvements made in the OSP 7 documentation, it's still not clear to customer what type of network they should choose.
