Description of problem:
Failed to update bug with 'Multiple Value Text Box (Integer)' type field when its value is empty

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.4.9039-3

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a field with type of 'Multiple Value Text Box (Integer)' through Administration -> Custom Fields -> Add a new custom field. Details is as below:
Name: cf_test
Type: Multiple Value Text Box (Integer)
Can be set on bug creation: checked
Displayed in bugmail for new bugs: checked
Field only appears when: product is TCMS
2. Update any bug belongs to TCMS product

Actual results:
Internal Server Error 500

Expected results:
Update should be successful or warning message pops up.

We don't currently have any fields of this type in the production Bugzilla, and I'm not aware of any on the horizon.

This CF type has been removed from Bugzilla 5.
