Basically, all operations are not present for user locale setting. It means that you can neither create nor update it. And, of course, you cannot even read any information about it. All these things applied on API and CLI. Documentation also missed any details about that setting (both API and Hammer) Please, verify both functionality and documentation
Verified in Satellite 6.2 beta snap 6 Compose 1. It is now possible to view and update the locale in API and CLI.
