Description of problem:

jpathwatch uses %ifarch to mark when to use 64bit configuration. But list of architectures is not proper (lacks aarch64). Anyway such use of %ifarch is wrong - %__isa_bits should be used instead.

jpathwatch-0.95-8 should now be available in rawhide
