Description of problem:

PicketLink's SPFilter does not save/restore requests.  This can result in lost POST data.  This can also cause the browser to be redirected to a different page (than what was originally requested at the SP) after IDP authentication.

All the SPFilter issues have been rejected, see bz1257667 and bz1166881.
