Description of problem:
windows 10 guest with "-vga std" display abnormal when connect with spice client

2.qemu: qemu-kvm-rhev-2.3.0-19.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot one windows 10 guest with:
  -vga std -spice port=5900,disable-ticketing
2.the mouse display abnormal in the guest.


Actual results:
as the screen dump show.

Expected results:
display normally.

Additional info:
1."-vga std" + vnc client, it is normal.
2."-vga qxl" + spice client, it is normal.
