The GV menu entry is not GNOME HIG compliant.
Please change it to:
Ghostview PDF Viewer

or something like that.

This should be pushed upstream to the GV maint.  

The recommendation is:

Name=Ghostview PDF Viewer
GenericName=PDF Viewer
