list index out of range
While no incompatible change is claimed by upstream, there are too many changes, therefore I will put it into Rawhide only. If it proves stable, we can put it into Fedora >= 22.
This release also adopts ExtUtils::Command, so one has to deal with existing perl-ExtUtils-Command there.
