Raising the priority as this is affecting all OpenShift F21 vagrant boxes.
@thrcka suggested that this might be related to the golang version...
Is this fixed in docker-1.8?
Dan, I don't think we want to push 1.8 to F21 (I guess it requires more recent golang).
f21 has golang 1.4.2, which is the supported version
