Description of problem:
As DV installer now expects a directory with an eap instance provided during installation it is no more desirable to ask user whether he understands, that the directory exists:
> The given directory already exists. Do you want to continue?

How reproducible:
console installer

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the installer
2. Specify path to existing eap instance
3. Check console output for the mentioned prompt.

Actual results:
unnecessary message passed to the user
