Description of problem:
A newly introduced command list-project-details for the kie-config-cli command line utility is not listed in available commands when listing help command.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BPMS 6.1.0.ER1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start kie-config-cli
2. type list-project-details and list project with given privileges
3. type help and see no list-project-details option in the listing

Actual results:
No option list-project-details when type help 

Expected results:
Option list-project-details in help listing.
