Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): sat6-Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-7-20150828.0 rubygem-hammer_cli_import-0.10.20-1.el7sat.noarch How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. export sat5 organization with utf-8 name (e.g 퍈[U+27928]绫苊[U+1D7BF][U+23AC7][U+274AE]㚯铍䪹) 2. issue `import organization` command with --upload-manifests-from option. 3. the command will fail locating the file as it is looking for a file with name like: "tmp.3ffszz3pEP/976c37b1-04c5-4ad9-8edb-a3f3d00ff864.zip" Actual results: No manifest uploaded for the organization: "No manifest /tmp/tmp.euHJQhFF08/tmp.3ffszz3pEP/976c37b1-04c5-4ad9-8edb-a3f3d00ff864.zip available."
