This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Add text that states that Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 does not support Windows guest virtual machines. This functionality is supported in Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization.  (we should agree on some messaging here)
