states for the configuration changes in need of a power off/power on for the changes to take effect the following:

This is somewhat misleading, as one might think a reboot of the OS within the VM is sufficient.

As such it would be helful to rephrase the second sentence to something more clear, e.g.:

   All other changes are applied when you shut down and restart your virtual machine.
or
   All other changes are applied when you power off and then power on your virtual machine.
