Chris Blum, The procedure number is not related/linked to the section number. The Procedure tag used in the XML takes the numbering from the list of procedures documented in the chapter. For example, if a chapter has 5 sections and if the first Procedure tag is used in Section 3, it will be listed as Procedure Chapterno.1. If the next procedure is used in Section 5, it will be listed as Procedure Chapterno.2. As this is not a typo, I am closing this bug as "Closed not a bug". If you are not happy with the explanation and feels that users will get confused, please reopen this bug. I will rework on changing the Procedure tags to Ordered lists. Regards, Divya
