I didn't want to give to our purchasing staff the user name and password for RHN master account that we use to manage our systems. Instead, I have created a new user account within our RHN account and gave the login name and password to our purchasing agent. However, she was not able to purchase any licenses. If I remeber correctly, once she has entered the credit card number and all other information in the form, she was asked to cofirm the transaction. After she clicked on the confirmation button, she was forwarded back again to the same page. It didn't say whether there was any problem with the form data. If we clicked on the confirmation button, the same thing happened again. If this is a bug, please fix it. If this is a "feature", then it should be documented.
