Description of problem:
When a new Splashscreen is created and certain perspective is opened, Splashscreen is not displayed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BRMS 6.2.0.ER2

How reproducible:
-

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create splash screenplugin with interception_points = ["AppsPerspective"].
2. Refresh browser and open AppsPerspective.

Actual results:
Splashscreen is not visible.

Expected results:
Splashscreen is visible.
