Description of problem:
The file /etc/logrotate.d/cups has execute permissions.  (No other
file in /etc/logrotate.d/ has execute permissions)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cups-1.1.20-11.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Install FC2 with cups
2.  View permissions on /etc/logrotate.d/cups



Actual Results:  Permissions are:

-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 161 Jun  2 11:34 cups

Expected Results:  Permissions should be:

-rw-r--r--  1 root root 161 Jun  2 11:34 cups

Additional info:

I see this on two different installs of FC2.
