Description of problem:
Unable to download attached files from customer report, says unauthorized.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JBoss Operations Network
Version : 3.3.0.GA Update 04
Build Number : b42d4f0:9e8659d
GWT Version : 2.5.0
SmartGWT Version : 3.0p

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login in to JBOSS ON 3.3.4 DR 01
2. Login in to 'Red Hat access' with the user, who has 'Manage Support Cases' permission.
3. Navigate to 'Red Hat Access->support->My Cases', select existing case with attachment
4. Click on on file to download.

Actual results:
Failed, shows "401 Unauthorized"

Expected results:
File should download.

Additional info:
If we right click on file name and open in new tab it's asking authentication details once again and allow to download. I hope JON blocks authentication pop-up.

Browser: Firefox 40.0.3
OS: Fedora 22, GNOME

Comment 1 Jeeva Kandasamy 2015-09-29 08:38:31 UTC
I can see this issue on the following build with Firefox 40.0.3,

JBoss Operations Network
Version : 3.3.0.GA Update 03
Build Number : edc324f:119e8f4
GWT Version : 2.5.0
SmartGWT Version : 3.0p

Hence I doubted browser, then I tested with Firefox 31.1.0 version, everything working as expected.

I'm facing this issue only when I use latest version of Firefox(40.0.3)
