Additional info:

[fog][DEPRECATION] Calling OpenStack[:compute].list_security_groups(server_id) is deprecated, use .list_security_groups(:server_id => value) instead

This will fixed with an upgrade to Fog.

Can QE Retest this?  I believe a new version of Fog was released and this is probably fixed.  But, I wasn't tracking this bug with the Fog upgrade.

No warnings from fog in 5.5.2.4
