Description of problem:
Please provide packages `libtorrent` and `rtorrent` updates for EPEL7.
Simply merge from rawhide and update push is required.

libtorrent-0.13.6-1.el7, rtorrent-0.9.6-2.el7 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 7 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
