Description of problem:

In 3.5.3, I'm trying to set a quota for each user. But I cannot find how to do it anymore as the Quota consumers tab is not there in my 3.5.3 install.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.5.3.1

I have this on two installs and tried with different browsers.

User error. The Quota tab is only visible when the DC is selected.
