Description of problem: https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/spot/chromium/fedora-chromium-stable.repo pgp key for chromium is incorrect and points to a local file instead of one from a net based repo. This needs to be changed. You will need to take this up with the different repo owners. We have no control over third party repos. However I doubt spot has access to a signing key hosted by google.
