Description of problem:
After switching to the pane which shows the list of running processes, the upper half of the windows is empty. Only the lower half is used for displaying the list of processes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-system-monitor-3.17.92-1.fc23

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch gnome-system-monitor.
2. Switch to list of running processes.

Actual results:
Upper half of the window is empty showing a gray background.

Expected results:
The full window is being used.

Additional info:
Issue is identical both for Xorg and Xwayland.
